Why aren’t they making their presence known? - a theory and open discussion

I’ve had experiences since I was 16 that I can’t explain away. I’m not going to get into all of it but I’ll say this; I’ve had multiple witness encounters, I’ve seen craft, and I’ve had contact that I didn’t ask for. I’m not special. I don’t think I’m chosen.
