What is this strange symmetrical formation at 55°32'38"S, 69°15'58"W?

-55.543916, -69.266027 I found this on Google Maps in southern Chile. When zoomed in, it looks strangely symmetrical, almost like a giant armored figure or mask. Is this a natural formation, an image-processing artifact, or something else?
