The 1947 Twining Memo has been confirmed today to be an authentic document.

The “Twining Memo” - long rumored to be genuine - has now been officially released by the US government. Signed by Air Force General Nathan Twining in 1947, the document describes the UFO phenomenon as “real and not visionary and fictitious” and states that UFOs are controlled “manually, automatically, or remotely.”  The Twining Memo (pages 9, 10, 11).
