Anyone ever hear about the 1971 "Dynapod" ? Could it possibly a pre-cursor to the Calvine UAP?

I've searched the sub, and no results came up for the "Davenport Dynapod". In 1971, Arthur Clyde Davennport filed a patent in Britain, titled "Articulated vessels".
