Grusch listed as COO of metamaterials startup

I'm a journalist who has just reviewed public records from Alabama that list David Grusch as the COO and registered agent of StarDustX Materials, an advanced materials startup cofounded by Garry Nolan and Karl Nell The company was first incorporated in 2024, and Nell has said that it has millions of dollars in VC backing, but there's little info available at the company beyond that -- and none of those three responded to my questions.
