Reliable anti-gravity source? I found something weird… weird. Need expertise from a plasma physicist or someone from adjacent fields

I stumbled into a peculiar rabbit hole revolving around a supposed highly credentialed and retired military official claiming to be intimately involved with anti-gravity and craft supposedly in US hands.
