My Original Working Theory on the Buga Sphere I'm putting this on the record publicly because, as far as I know, I'm the original and sole claimant of this hypothesis. My conclusion is that the Buga sphere, along with many of the other metallic spheres being recovered around the world, is not the technology itself. It is a cartridge. Some are spent.
