North Sentinal island, what is crashed aliens are just dumb for their species?

I was just watching the video of the guy who visited north Sentinal island to deliver them a coke can, somthing far beyond their small civilisation. Regardless of how idiotic and stupid this is on many levels. It got me thinking, what if the aliens who have visited Earth and/or crashed on Earth. Are actually just doing it against space law in their own communities. What if they are just the idiots of their respective intelligent civilisations? Just a thought
