Stupid Question

Hi everybody, I have a friend that read an essay about cattle mutilation I wrote. From there, being the skeptic he is, for the first time on his life opened his mind on the possibility that we are being visited. But then, yesterday, he posted a link on his FB account, a video of Roger Penrose (YT) were he explains that the aliens are so far away from us, that their visit on earth is impossible given the light years distance.
