Unfamiliar with how FOIA can or can't work and other options the public might have.
I recently watched the interview that Dr. Phil had with Grusch, and there was a line where Grusch said "We don't know what advanced intelligences that might have developed on the sea bed. Wink wink.". I also remember hearing UAP Gerb saying similar phrase, 'wink wink' for specific divisions of MITRE. The part I'm not so sure of, I did a quick google search if MITRE is applicable to FOIA and it says it is. That said it was from an AI summary thus I'm not 100% sure of it's accuracy. I'm thinkin...
