Anyone have any ideas?

This isn’t my video. I screenshotted it from a Facebook page for UFO sightings. However, I thought it was interesting, and for the life of me have no idea what this could be. Watch to the end—definitely odd. I think this was in Australia, maybe Africa? Time: March 12, 2026 at 0412 Location: Anchorage, Ak. *Note: time and location are of my post and for non-removal.
