Rewatching Stargate SG1 right now and had some thoughts on the Goa'uld.

People have said there was some soft disclosure in the show and I think very that's true. At the very least they were fans of the associated lore and dropped some nods. I'm sure someone has thought of this before but I really started thinking about what the Goa'ulds are. What if WE are the Goa'ulds ?
