Is there any correlation between alien sightings and aardvarks?

Been getting really into aardvarks recently after seeing one at the zoo and im wondering if they have any relation to alien sightings. They’re grey, big black eyes, a long face. Seems like the typical description of like a grey alien and i could see how someone could come across one and be like “wtf is that”
