I went into this story thinking Project Moon Dust was a classified Cold War program for recovering Soviet satellites that occasionally brushed up against UFO cases. After going through the Air Force records, Project Blue Book files, State Department cables, FOIA correspondence and decades of work by researchers including Kevin Randle, Clifford Stone, Robert Todd and Barry Greenwood, I don’t think that description goes far enough.
