Doctor Dixie Sullivan was a clinical psychologist who in August of 1992 played an important role in organizing our Los Angeles CE-5 contact team. She made all the initial arrangements for publicity and to find a lecture hall for the CSETI Director’s public address in the San Fernando Valley.
