🚨 In 2021, I requested a search of Brennan McKernan's email box for the keyword "Elizondo." The result was one email thread. I felt strongly that was wrong. I appealed based on what I knew, and I just won that appeal. The surprising thing is, is the level of detail the Commander of the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, U.S. Navy went to, to investigate and subsequently grant my appeal. I sometimes feel they make a phone call, ask "Did you search?", the other end says, "Yep!" and they deny me....
