Kristin Fisher is an American television journalist who covers space exploration and unidentified anomalous phenomena. She was born in Houston in 1983 to Anna Lee Fisher and William Fisher, both NASA astronauts and emergency physicians, and studied broadcast journalism at Boston University. She began at ABC affiliates in Grand Junction, Colorado, and Little Rock, Arkansas, then moved to Washington in 2009 as a reporter for WUSA. In 2010 she won an Emmy Award for a series of segments on local heroes in the Washington area.

Fisher joined Fox News in 2015 as a general assignment reporter in its Washington bureau and became a White House correspondent in 2019, reporting from President Trump's secret Thanksgiving trip to Afghanistan that year. She left Fox in 2021 and joined CNN that July as its space and defense correspondent, covering NASA, the newly created Space Force, commercial space companies and space tourism. She also founded a documentary company, Field Mouse Films.

After leaving CNN, Fisher started The Endless Void, an independent YouTube channel devoted to spaceflight and UAP, where her videos have examined congressional UFO briefings and NASA imagery. On February 23, 2026, she traveled with Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to the Sierra Space facility in Colorado and asked him about President Trump's directive to begin releasing government UFO files. Hegseth told her the department was "digging in" and would comply with the order, but declined to give a timeline and warned against expecting too much too soon. Fisher described the exchange as his first public remarks on UFOs since the president's announcement, and it was widely reported.

Spaceflight remained her core beat. In 2026 she co-hosted the BBC World Service podcast 13 Minutes Presents: Artemis II with Maggie Aderin-Pocock and Tim Peake, following the Artemis II lunar flyby with daily episodes. When the Department of War published its first tranche of UFO files on May 8, 2026, Fisher pointed out on social media that the NASA images and Apollo mission transcripts included in it had been public for decades. In June, NewsNation's Unreported hosted her for a conversation on the lunar race with China, in which she argued that disclosure of advanced technology could make conventional rocketry obsolete.

On June 25, 2026, Fisher moderated the science and investigation panel, with Avi Loeb and Harold Puthoff, at the Disclosure Foundation's Disclosure Forum in the Russell Senate Office Building, after publishing a report on the convergence of Washington, Hollywood and the disclosure movement the day before.
