me & my support roommate were out on a walk, it was strong winds goin one way, & all of a sudden my support roommate noticed a vertically-long red tube, curved slightly, rotating on its Y axis, floating slowly around the road indiscriminitly changing its direction. there was one point it floated low over to us on the sidewalk, we literally backed up so it didnt touch us, then it floated a different direction seemingly randomly. it was about 1.5 inches tall i think? im not good with measuremen...
