What happened to that video that was uploaded a few days ago that was a security/cctv camera looking over a large body of water?

The video showed iirc a number of glowing lights advancing towards the camera's position, one or two at first but then quickly increasing in number. Then they start to 'zap' into each other in a most indescribable way. A lot of the comments said this was clearly the work of a spider's web etc, but felt very spammy.
