Saw this in the sky in NYC like 6 years ago it wasn’t moving I thought it was the moon till I looked to the right and saw the moon, made the moon look kinda small but it was obviously closer. Only difference between this photo and what I saw is it emitted no light rays, whatever light it had was trapped in the circle but it was fuckin bright and huge .
