He and his secretary witnessed two bright silvery disks that appeared to stop or hover before he grabbed his 16mm camera. Mariana filmed the rotating disk-shaped objects for about 16 seconds as they moved across the sky. After he stopped recording, two F-94 jets flew over. It has a weird shape, which could be due to camera distortion or how the sun hits it. I just found it interesting, held my camera up to it, and got quite a good shot of whatever it was, even if it was just a satellite. **EDIT in no way am I claiming this is footage of a UFO. I haven’t been able to authenticate the tape, although it is a tape you’d buy in Eastern Europe in the 90’s. Obviously the most interesting thing about this video is about how the uap aligns itself with the computer targeting. and not the other way around. it almost implys it can see the tracking system perspective.
