I was backpacking in RMNP 2 weeks ago and saw this “vibrating” (?) light in the sky. It appeared to bounce back and forth but stayed relatively in the same area. At one point it faded out and came back. It seemed to have no rhythm to it. It stayed there until I ended up falling asleep watching it. Any thoughts? July 22nd 2026 at 10:10pm West same direction of the moon tonight. I was about to hop into bed and I looked out the window and saw it right away, a very bright light in the sky. Looked at it for a while, opened flightradar and saw no signs of any aircraft, it was too large to be a star or planet.
