Topic1948 Air Force Studies
TopicTwo months before Kenneth Arnold's sighting kicked off the "flying saucer" era in June 1947, two Weather Bureau employees in Richmond, Virginia tracked metallic discs through a theodolite while monitoring weather balloons.
