I keep coming back to a pretty simple idea: What if we built an open-source P2P platform that gamifies peer review and reproducibility? Not another subreddit. Not another journal. Not another centralized "truth authority." A protocol where anyone can publish a claim together with exact instructions for reproducing it, and anyone else can independently repeat the experiment and report what they actually observed. Take the Jake Barber / Skywatcher "dog whistle" claim as an obvious UAP example....
