When I did my first deep dive into UFO/paranormal topics around 1996 (starting with "Communion" by Whitley Strieber), I had ZERO discernment, believed everything I read (including channeled books) and was very naive. Before that...I saw a Bigfoot movie (Legend of Boggy Creek) in the the theater in 1972 and I think it was a double feature with the first movie being a UFO documentary...
