Remember how quickly the government released imagery of the Chinese spy balloon in 2023? If the true explanation for UFOs is prosaic... like foreign drones, balloons, or atmospheric phenomena, then releasing UFO records would embarrass adversaries and vindicate the government. The logical reason not to release them is that the records contain something that does the opposite.
