Time: January 27, 2017 ~10pm Location: Houston, TX, USA My friend and I saw strange lights over Houston on January 27, 2017 ~10pm, on East side of town, facing to the East/South East. The lights did not have a typical ray/beam like a search light would, and they even split apart and combined together in ways normal lights don't usually behave.
