Serious - If NHI’s could interface with missile silos, who is to say they are not able to use the internet?

They could be reading this post at this very moment. Do you think they’d be able to understand and read what people on the internet are saying, regardless of language? Do you believe UAP’s are more active now because they have had a chance to observe us through our primary means of communication?
