Non-Human Intelligence refers to the hypothesis that unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) are manifestations of conscious agents beyond known human origins. Key questions persist: Are interactions intentional? Is there cross-cutting evidence across domains (sensor, physical, testimonial)? To what degree do political and institutional actors possess or suppress knowledge of this intelligence?
