Remembering the incident when Aliens destroyed launched missile of USA .

the incident is from 15th September, 1964 during the cold war era . Heard in some podcast that it happened with some soviet missile tests as well . And interestingly around this time all the awareness about the dangers of nuclear proliferation started happening ... NPT was designed around this time and was opened for signature after 1968 .
