Wilson/Davis Memo

Let me apologize in advance if this topic has been done to death in this sub, I'm new to it. I found myself falling down yet another UFO rabbit hole and stumbled across the Wilson/Davis memo which I've read through once before. I'm wondering what everyone's take is on whether it's legit or not? And why or why not you feel that way. I do happen to believe it's a legitimate document and it's a conversation that did in fact take place in 2002. Thoughts?
