Many documents, including this one, have not yet been released in unredacted form. They must be released as there is simply no way at this point for any government bureaucrat to claim that revealing the UAP task force's "potential explanations" would undermine national security. We have had dozens of current and former senior government/military/IC leaders speculate as to explanations. There is no constitutional justification for this level of secrecy.
