Per Jonathan Caplan, he had spoken to the late Canadian Minister of Defense Paul Hellyer in regards to former Israeli military official Haim Eshed's claims about the existence of a Galactic Federation and other controversial info. According to Hellyer, none of that info would have raised the USG's eyebrows if shared. What would have caused alarm was if Eshed had shared info regarding the US Navy's "Space Fleet." Interesting...
