Haim Eshed is an Israeli aeronautical engineer, retired brigadier general, and former director of space programs in the Ministry of Defense. Per Jonathan Caplan, he had spoken to the late Canadian Minister of Defense Paul Hellyer in regards to former Israeli military official Haim Eshed's claims about the existence of a Galactic Federation and other controversial info.
