I'm seeing plenty of talk about the midterms and their implications for UAP disclosure. Whatever happens in the midterms, Republicans will remain in control of the current Congress during the crucial NDAA negotiations. If the UAP Disclosure Act is enacted into law, it will remain law regardless of which party controls Congress.
