The CIA files used in proof of MJ-12 substack post were not declassified in 2022

In regards to this post, https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/1rjk5ms/reddit_user_umajesticjehovah_has_proven_that_the/ and the claims made in the linked Substack, there are some serious issues with the core premise of this "proof" of the MJ-12 files.
