Question about the new UAP files: how much of this release is actually new?

I’m trying to understand how much of the recent UAP file release is actually new. After checking some of the material, it seems like several highlighted items were already publicly available in some form through NASA archives, FBI Vault/FOIA releases, or older public-domain mission transcripts.
