Robert Salas speaks with Paola Harris of the EXOBOULDER group about the implications of the interference of UFOS over nuclear facilities. He was the officer in charge of ten minute-man missiles with nuclear warheads which were "shut down" by these craft at Malmstrom Air Force Base in 1967.
