Balloon or 🪼 UAP Over Sunny Isles Beach, Florida today. Help identify?

Time: 4:12PM, 02/28/2026 Location: Sunny Isles Beach, Florida Shot on IPhone 17 Pro What’s up guys, was chilling by the water with my brother and brother in law when I saw this metallic, orb like thing fly about a mile out and above the water. It was moving slowly from South to North and then seemed to change to a more exclamation mark shape. Kind of reminds me of the Jellyfish UAP shared by Skywatcher (Jake Barber’s team.)
