Pentagon changes disclosure rules for insiders!

Sounds good at first, but....nothing really changes for us, the public. Adds another government committee as the new gatekeeper of information. If I was in the government and wanted to tell my knowledge, I don't think I'd jump at this. I wouldn't trust them. Have to wait and see!
