One of my oldest friends is a commercial pilot and flies all over Mexico, USA and Canada. I asked him the other day about all those rumors from commercial, military pilots and traffic control towers reporting UAPs and he said it is super frequent and the culture is of "don't ask don't tell" because otherwise you ostracise yourself from everyone working those kind of jobs.
