**EDIT in no way am I claiming this is footage of a UFO. I haven’t been able to authenticate the tape, although it is a tape you’d buy in Eastern Europe in the 90’s. I have no way of knowing its providence since my friend passed. All I can say is it doesn’t look staged or fake. The men are battling a fire, some in hazmat suits, some in regular fatigues.
