In 2015, in Lima, Peru, during the filming of the TV show Alto al Crimen, a cameraman captured footage of an object with a lenticular shape and purple coloration. The UFO remained stationary in the sky for approximately two hours. Among the various witnesses were journalists and the show's host, Renzo Reggiardo.
