I was out cycling in Belgium ( Sint-katelijne-Waver) when around 12:22 had to stop and film it because I’ve never seen anything like this before—it’s not AI! Can anyone explain to me what this is? It was actually even darker in real life, and it was spinning around but stayed in the same spot; it looked like a tiny dot in my visor, but I think other people saw it too.
