This UFO cult is known as Cosmic People of Light Powers, Heavenly angels or just Universe People and their presence was pretty wide-known in Czechia and Slovakia of 90s - 2000s. You may also know them from memes with aetherial-looking glowing aliens of various races and art-styles. Even though they're seemingly outdated, they are still resurfacing here and there.
