Jason Reza Jorjani is an Iranian-American philosopher and author whose books argue that psychic phenomena and unexplained aerial objects point toward a coming transformation of science and politics. A former lecturer at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, he co-founded the AltRight Corporation in 2017 before leaving it the same year, and since 2025 he has been a recurring guest on American Alchemy, where he makes claims about secret UFO programs, intelligence agencies, and human-looking non-humans he calls "Nordics."
Born in Manhattan in 1981, Jorjani studied at New York University and earned a doctorate in philosophy from Stony Brook University in 2013. In 2016 he became an editor at Arktos Media, which published Prometheus and Atlas, a book arguing that humanity was close to confirming telepathy, clairvoyance, and precognition. His later Arktos titles include Iranian Leviathan, Prometheism, Closer Encounters, Artemis Unveiled, and Metapolemos, which mix philosophy, Iranian history, futurism, and the paranormal.
In January 2017 he co-founded the AltRight Corporation with white nationalist Richard Spencer and Arktos chief Daniel Friberg. That June, a researcher for the anti-racism group HOPE not hate secretly recorded him predicting a future Europe that would celebrate Hitler and foreseeing war and mass death, and The New York Times published the material that September. Jorjani had left the company in August 2017 and said the recording was deceptively edited and his words were a warning, not a hope. NJIT suspended him and did not renew his contract, and in 2019 a federal judge dismissed his defamation claims against the university.
His UFO claims rely heavily on secondhand sources. In a November 2025 American Alchemy episode with Jesse Michels, he said remote viewer Lyn Buchanan told him that former CIA scientist Kit Green and an agency unit had back-door access to 23andMe and Ancestry to screen for a "Nordic" genetic marker. Vice noted that Green left the CIA decades before either company existed, and Ancestry has reported receiving no U.S. government requests for DNA data. Clips from 2026 show him saying Lockheed Martin operates craft that reach Mars in hours and function as time machines, and calling the missing Air Force general Neil McCasland a member of Majestic-12; none of these claims is supported by documents.
Jorjani's significance in UAP media is as the leading voice of its speculative, philosophical wing, fusing psi, hidden history, and political theory into sweeping narratives that spread quickly as short clips. His prominence on popular shows has also renewed attention to his 2017 political record, which critics cite when weighing his claims.
