THIS is what @RepEricBurlison was referring to in his interview with @willcain. And for whatever reason, people don't seem to care about it. "Members of Congress enjoy a unique broad immunity to expose illegal government programs and lies. And yet, besides Senator Gravel, no one has chosen to use it.
