Hey there saw this video and was looking for your opinions... First off i am from this city, english is not my native language, anyhow... Some guys in Monterrey took the video from what seems to be a rooftop, it does look like a helicopter, but i feel it is too high and also we rarely have those kind of helicopters flying around.
