On January 13, 1976, Claudio Ambrosiani photographed a reported humanoid during an encounter witnessed by Ermanno Asso, Stelio Asso, Maria Grazia Asso, and Ambrosiani on Monte Verrugoli, near La Spezia, Italy. The witnesses reported several appearances of a humanoid figure, including a final appearance in which it was said to disappear from the lower body upward.
