Time: Summer, 1983-85 Location: Toronto, Canada - Moving north (above to downward from my perspective) Reason I ask, I distinctly remember seeing a similar craft while sitting on an apartment balcony (8 stories, north facing) with friends in the mid-80's. There was 3 of us, just star gazing and swapping stories looking out over a large park/field.
